The defendant wrongfully obtained or exerted unauthorized control over the property or services of another;
With intent to deprive the other of such property or services;
And the value is more than seven hundred fifty dollars but not more than five thousand dollars.

Probable Cause Checklist

Identify the property or service stolen.
Establish ownership of the property.
Establish the fair market value of the property (receipts, appraisals).
Evidence showing the suspect took or possessed the property.
Evidence of intent to deprive.
