The complete and official text of the statute.
(1) An "entity" means a corporation, partnership, association, or any other organization or group of persons which is a legal entity, whether or not it is organized for profit. (2) An entity is guilty of an offense when it is committed by an agent of the entity acting within the scope of his or her employment and in behalf of the entity. (3) When a person is convicted of an offense, he or she is not relieved of criminal liability for the offense by reason of the fact that the offense was committed in the name of or for the benefit of an entity. (4) A person is individually liable for conduct constituting an offense which he or she performs in the name of or on behalf of an entity to the same extent as if such conduct were performed in his or her own name or behalf.Visit Website
