Diminished capacity—Victim identity.

(1) No condition of mind proximately caused by the voluntary ingestion, inhalation, injection, or absorption of any alcohol, drug, or other intoxicating substance shall constitute a defense to a prosecution for any criminal offense.
(2) It is not a defense that the defendant did not know the identity of the victim.
