Drive-by shooting.

Full Statute Text

The complete and official text of the statute.

(1) A person is guilty of drive-by shooting when he or she recklessly discharges a firearm in a manner which creates a substantial risk of death or serious physical injury to another person and the discharge is from a motor vehicle.
(2) A person who is the driver or passenger of a motor vehicle from which a firearm is discharged is an accomplice to drive-by shooting.
(3) Drive-by shooting is a class B felony.
