Assault of a child in the first degree.

The complete and official text of the statute.

(1) A person is guilty of assault of a child in the first degree if he or she commits the crime of assault in the first degree as defined in RCW 9A.36.011 against a child who is under the age of thirteen years.
(2) Assault of a child in the first degree is a class A felony.
