Failing to summon assistance.

The complete and official text of the statute.
A person is guilty of the crime of failing to summon assistance if:
(a) He or she was present when a crime of violence was committed against another person;
(b) He or she knew that the other person had been physically harmed as a result of the crime; and
(c) He or she could have summoned assistance for the person who was harmed without danger to himself or herself, and failed to do so.
