Custodial interference—Assessment of costs—Defense—Consent defense, restricted.

The complete and official text of the statute.
(1) Any reasonable expenses incurred in locating or returning a child or incompetent person may be assessed against a defendant convicted of custodial interference in the first or second degree.
(2) It is an affirmative defense that the actor's conduct was taken in good faith to protect the child from imminent physical harm.
