Coercion of involuntary servitude.

The complete and official text of the statute.

(1) A person is guilty of coercion of involuntary servitude if the person knowingly and willfully holds to involuntary servitude, or sells into any condition of involuntary servitude, any person, or knowingly and willfully brings within this state any person so held.
(2) Coercion of involuntary servitude is a class B felony.
