Court-ordered requirements upon person charged with crime—Violation.

The complete and official text of the statute.
(1) A court may order a person charged with a crime involving harassment to have no contact with the victim. The court may also, upon a showing of good cause, order the person to have no contact with the victim's family or household members. The no-contact order may be imposed at the time of arraignment or as a condition of release, pretrial release, or sentencing.
(2) Willful violation of a court order issued under this section is a gross misdemeanor.
